    About us

    Airtoken Group

Founded in Carlsbad, Calif, Airtoken Group was born from a shared love of heavy metal and an obsession with data. That raw energy, paired with our deep expertise in Airtable, drives everything we build. The name? We’ll let you interpret it.

We turn operational complexity into systems your team can actually use. When spreadsheets get messy and systems feel chaotic, that’s where we thrive. We take disconnected data and broken workflows and turn them into beautifully powerful, systems.

Feeling overwhelmed by your data? Teams out of sync? Not sure where to start? Perfect. That’s our favorite place to begin.

With 20+ years of combined experience, Scott and Nick are Airtable Certified Builders, AI specialists, and Admins who design high performance platforms that grow with your business. From launching new projects to optimizing operations, we guide you with clarity and confidence.

We meet you where you are, learning your business, uncovering what’s missing, and building with purpose. Driven by curiosity and grounded in real-world results, we turn bold ideas into systems that work.

And if you’re in North County San Diego, let us know, we’ll bring the In-N-Out. Great data deserves great company. Let’s go. 🤘

    Scott Gardner

    Founder & Business Operations

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Scott grew up in a small seaport town. Early on, there were two possible paths: chasing the dream of becoming a professional golfer or becoming a head chef in French cuisine. As it turned out, neither of those things quite worked out.

After a quick stint in college, Scott went on to spend over 17 years with TaylorMade Golf and True Temper Sports before making the pivot to the board game industry. And with that, he has yet to ever even play Monopoly.

Now, a business owner, with the Airtoken Group, and awkwardly obsessed with Airtable.

Scott is married and lives in San Diego with his family. A devoted Boston Bruins fan, and he still rocks his vintage Linkin Park Hybrid Theory CD in his car, yes a CD (Compact Disc).
