Born in Boston and raised in a small seaport town, Scott considered careers as a pro golfer or a French chef, neither stuck. After a short time in college, he spent 17+ years at TaylorMade Golf and True Temper Sports, then shifted to the board game industry, despite never having played Monopoly. He now runs Airtoken Group and is unusually passionate about Airtable.

Scott lives in San Diego with his family, is a devoted Boston Bruins fan, and still plays his vintage Linkin Park Hybrid Theory CD in his car.
